About Us

I founded Performance Rigging Solutions with the goal of creating new and interactive designs for family entertainment, Ninja elements, aerial and acrobatic spaces. 

I draw on my experience building rigging systems in theaters and on rock tours. I spent several years as head of automation with Cirque Du Soleil on Zarkana and Dralion and worked with some amazingly creative people; I draw on that inspirational experience to create innovative solutions for my clients. 

Every challenge has a solution and my broad range of experience has given me the opportunity to approach situations from different angles. I’ve put together an incredible team of craft-people and technicians to realize our clients vision.

Andy is a highly skilled and experienced lead field supervisor for our Performance Rigging Solutions.

With his expertise as a master carpenter, he brings unparalleled knowledge to every project he manages. He has a passion for building new things, and his commitment to excellence is evident in the high-quality work he produces.

When he's not on the job, Andy enjoys playing video games and exploring everything Renaissance-related. His love for history and architecture is reflected in his work, and he always goes the extra mile to ensure that every project is completed to perfection. 

Andy's attention to detail and dedication to his craft make him a valuable asset to our team, and we're proud to have him as part of our company.

Nicole is a seasoned welder and fabricator with over 18 years of experience in the trade. She specializes in precision welding of precious metals, high-end architectural fabrication, and fine metal finishing. Her background in auto body repair and HVLP painting has helped hone her skills and attention to detail.

Nicole completed welding school in 2005 and has since worked on various custom projects and commissions for designers and artists alike, all while building a career as a fabricator. She has also done restoration and conservation work for museums and private art collectors, further showcasing her expertise and versatility.

When not in the workshop, Nicole is a single mother and artist of many mediums, who also loves spending time with family and hiking in the beautiful Hudson Valley of NY. She is a plant enthusiast, an animal lover, and enjoys cooking as well.

With her talent and experience, Nicole is dedicated to delivering quality workmanship to all of her clients and hopes to continue pursuing her passions and expanding her skills in the future.

Performance Rigging Solutions is proud to have Kenneth Wallace as one of our skilled fabricators. With over 7 years of experience in the industry, Kenny brings a wide range of knowledge, expertise and a sense of humor to his work. He's always willing to learn and step outside of his comfort zone.

Before joining our team, Kenny served in the United States Army as a paratrooper with the 82nd Airborne Division, completing two combat deployments in Afghanistan. After leaving the military, he discovered a passion for welding and fabrication, working as a boilermaker welding pipe  and prefabricated commercial grade pools. He later took on roles serving his community for 4 years as a corrections officer and deputy sheriff. Eventually, Kenny returned to his first love - welding and fabrication - and joined Precision Rigging Solutions. 

In his free time, he enjoys working with protection dogs, training his own personal protection K9, as well as fishing, hunting, hiking, riding his motorcycle and also spending quality time with his wife and daughter.

With Kenny on our team, we are confident in our ability to delivering top of the line products to our clients, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.

Eli is a talented metal fabricator with 8 years of experience in the trade. Growing up on a farm instilled in him a strong work ethic and dedication to quality craftsmanship from a young age. 

Eli learned to weld on the job and has since honed his skills, becoming known for his ability to create intricate wrought iron gates and contribute to various fabrication and high end restoration projects.

With a keen eye for detail, Eli takes pride in his work and strives for excellence in all he does. In addition to his metalworking skills, Eli has a great sense of humor and is an avid car and gun enthusiast. 

When he's not working with metal, you can often find him tinkering with cars or at the shooting range. His unique combination of talents and personality make him a valuable asset in any setting.
